A sleepy and sweet lodge on the sleepy and sweet Blue Ridge parkway in VA, milepost 86. Worth a stay, or camp at the campground across the pond. Hike up to flat top peak to moon gaze mid-day and you will feel humbled by the way the daytime moon makes you really understand that we are on a planet floating in the universe. Shuttle available to sharp top peak which has grand views and great for stargazing or sunsets/rises.
